What is a koala? [k?'?l?]
The koala gets its name from an ancient Aboriginal word meaning "no drink" ,it is a small bear-like, tree-dwelling animal, which averages about 9 kilograms in weight. Its fur is thick and usually ash gray. Koalas are considered as an Australian national icon. These adorable tree-hugging animals feed on eucalyptus [ju:k?'lipt?s]tree leaves.
But,The problem is on average a koala destroys 13 pounds of the leaves And eat 2 pounds a day.
