I．My name is Li Ming. I live in a small town. Great changes have taken place in my hometown in the past twenty years.
In the past, the living conditions were poor. Usually a big family had to crowd in a small, dark and low house. Nowadays, people live in big and bright houses or apartments.
In the old days, farmers used farm animals to do work in the fields. They worked very hard, but many of them couldn’t get enough food to eat. Now they use machines to help them.
