Should language proficiency be a legal requirement to move abroad?
Over the last several years, along with rapid development of economy, an increasing number of people have been moving abroad. A major of people hold the view that language proficiency should be a legal requirement to move abroad, while others approve of the opposite opinion. Although I am a high school student who will go abroad for further study, I am all for the former viewpoint.
