founding.Although the American constitution has amended over the years， gun rights has persisted since the early days of the republic.According to the constitution “A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.”we can know that gun rights is a basic right to American people.
