Should we help a passer-by?

Nowadays, the press has been focusing on a series of news that some

passers-by were in great need of help but other lookers-on fail to give a hand in terms of self-protection. The most famous ones include that one elderly woman tumbled along a pavement but just stayed there long without help. A recent case being debated on is about a little girl named Xiaoyueyue who has been crashed into by two cars ,failed to receive help from eighteen passers-by, and eventually lost her life. 我們應該幫助路人甲?
