Some people believe that pet animals such as cats and dogs cannot be kept in the cities, especially in busy modern cities. Do you agree or disagree?

An extensive controversy has noised about recently as to whether pet ownership should be allowed in urban areas. Part of the reason is that people complain more readily about other people’s pets than ever before. I can hardly agree with those who wish to place tougher restrictions on pet owners. The pleasures and benefits of pet ownership should be available to everyone.
