When I have a chance to start a small business, I would like to choose to sell fish balls. Fish balls is a kind of famous traditional snack in my hometown, it is so delicious that no one will forget its flavor after once taste it. However, I cannot find a shop selling authentic fish balls in Beijing. It is a pity that this wonderful snack can’t be known by more people. So I choose to sell fish balls.
