More Assertiveness, More Leadership for Women
Is it so lucky for women to be protected by men, even if they would have a lower social status if they don't try to show their will and confidence? Partly
because of some historical reasons but mostly self-reasons, many intellectual ladies prefer to be the ones who are always under charged but not leaders. Some may think of Wu Zetian, the first female emperor in China history, which was also the last and only one.1 In order to help women to have more assertiveness to pursuing leadership, volunteer work in their community even the society is critical for their change.
